Payments are processed securely through Payfast, a registered South African payment gateway. By completing a transaction, you also accept the terms and conditions of Payfast.

At PartsHub (PTY) Ltd, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction in line with South African consumer protection law. Please review the following conditions:

General Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Exclusions

• Electronic parts (including PCBs) are excluded from warranty unless:
  • The item was incorrectly supplied by us, and
  • It is unopened and accompanied by an order for a replacement PCB.

Return Assessment

• All returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and authorization is at the seller's discretion.
• Returns submitted after the 7-day period may be subject to a 10% handling fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives scratched, damaged, or faulty:

• Take clear photographs showing the issue.
• Submit them via WhatsApp or email, along with your order or invoice number.

Customer Responsibilities

When requesting a return:

• You must provide the document number, part number, and a clear reason.

If the buyer ordered an incorrect item:
